Configure User
Configure your RFC, business name, email and basic tax data.
In this guide you will learn to configure your user profile with all the tax data necessary to issue invoices valid before the SAT.

Access user configuration
From the main panel of the application, go to "Configuration" and select the "User" tab to access the tax data form.
TipHave your updated SAT Tax Situation Certificate (CSF) handy, as you will need the exact data. - 2
Complete the issuer data
Enter your RFC, business name, tax regime and tax address exactly as they appear on your SAT Tax Situation Certificate (CSF). It is essential that the information matches to avoid rejections when stamping.

Configure the initial folio
Set the folio number that will be used for your next invoice. You can also add a series to organize your tax receipts (for example: "A" for online sales).

Register your email address
Provide an email address where you will receive copies of the invoices you issue through the application. This email is independent from the one sent to your customers.

Save changes
Review that all data is correct and press the "Save" button to apply the configuration. Once saved, your tax data will be ready to issue invoices.
Done!Your user profile has been configured correctly. You can now continue with tax configuration or upload your CSD files.
