Bulk Product Editing
Update tax configuration for multiple products at once.
Save time by editing tax information for multiple products simultaneously.

Access the products section
From the main menu, navigate to the "Products" section to see the complete catalog of items available for bulk editing.

Select multiple products
Check the boxes next to each product you want to edit. You can use filters or search to find specific products more easily.

Open the batch editor
With products selected, click the "Edit Multiple" button to open the bulk editing form.

Choose fields to modify
In the batch editing form, check the boxes next to the fields you want to update. Only selected fields will be modified.
ImportantOnly fields you select with the checkbox will be modified. Unselected fields will keep their original values in each product. - 5
Enter new values
For each selected field, enter the new value that will be applied to all selected products: SAT product code, unit of measure, taxes, etc.

Understand the scope of changes
Remember that the values you enter will be applied uniformly to all products you previously selected. Make sure this is correct for your case.

Save changes
Once all fields are configured, click "Save changes" to apply modifications to all selected products simultaneously.

Verify the updates
Changes will be reflected immediately in the products table. You can individually review some products to confirm the information was updated correctly.

About review status
Edited products will maintain their review status. We recommend marking them as reviewed once you confirm the tax information is correct.
NoteReview status is not required for invoicing, but it helps track which products you have already verified.
